The Wake Forest Fire Department responded to a fire at The Lodge, 1151 S. Main St. Thursday night (Sept. 10)
The fire was confined to one room. No one suffered serious injuries, nor was anyone transported to a hospital. Approximately six to nine rooms were impacted by smoke. Affected residents will be relocated, while all others have been allowed to return to their rooms.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
