The Norse Brewing Company Run Group’s inaugural Spooky Run Costume Contest was Tuesday, Oct. 27.
Twenty-five people participated and several took home top prizes. Run-N-Tri Outfitters contributed a new pair of running shoes for the “Best Costume.”
“We had some elaborate, original and fun costumes for our first year Halloween run,” said event cohost Amy Johnson.
“Costumes didn’t have to be worn while running.”
The run group meets in a socially distanced area, outside behind Norse Brewing Co by the big white tent.
All members wear masks and take safety precautions aligned with recommendations for COVID.
The group meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m.
