From Staff Reports

At 3:05 p.m. Wake Forest Police officers conducted a traffic stop at the Market Shopping Center, located along the 12000 block of Capital Boulevard/US 1. A white male fled on foot.

Less than one hour later, at 3:54 p.m., officers responded to a reported stabbing along the 600 block of Durham Road. Upon arrival, officers located a female who had been stabbed. Wake Forest Police believe the two incidents are related and are now searching for a white male who is either shirtless or wearing a white tank top and black shorts.

He is considered armed and dangerous.
