A Town of Wake Forest employee is moving on to the next street light on South Main Street early Wednesday morning as he and coworkers change out the street banners in the Renaissance area of Wake Forest.
The Renaissance area encompasses approximately 220 acres and is generally bound by the CSX rail line to the west, the NC 98 Bypass to the south, and the Historic and Central Business Districts to the north and the east. The area includes a mixture of retail, residential and light industrial uses.
