The Wake Forest Area Chamber held a ribbon cutting celebration on Thursday, July 1, 2021, for Crumbstruction Catering & Food Truck. Owners Rashad and Elayna Mateen, a husband-and-wife team who have been cooking together for more than 10 years, were on hand to cut the celebratory ribbon and provide samples of their food offerings.
