The deadline to apply for the Wake Forest Woman’s Club Sallie Southall Cotten Continuing Education Scholarship is Jan. 6.
The scholarship is open to seniors attending Franklin Academy High School, Heritage High School and Wake Forest High School.
Applicants must be in the upper fourth percentile of their class and have plans to attend an in-state four-year college or university in the fall of 2022.
The winner will receive a one-time $2,000 award from The Women’s Club and will compete at the district level for another $1,000 scholarship.
