January 1
· Kirk Douglas Swain, 33, 84 Avery Lane, Henderson, possession of marijuana less than 1/2 oz, driving while impaired, speed violation; no bond.
January 2
· DeAndre Lamont Alexander, 28, 803 Roanoke Ave., South Hill VA 23970, possession of marijuana less than 1/2 oz, driving while impaired, designated lane violation; no bond.
