James Lee Kline, 72, passed away the evening of Dec. 30, 2021 surrounded by his family. Jim was born in Willard, Ohio but spent most of his life living and fishing in North Carolina. He had a very long and successful career in the IT and Telecom industries. Jim was also a veteran of the US National Guard. He loved fishing and spending time with the family at Kerr Lake every chance he could. Beloved husband, brother, father, and grandfather that is truly cherished and will be missed dearly.
Jim was preceded in death by his mother and father Loretta and Gail Kline and his brother Gene Kline.
Jim is survived by his wife Jeri Kline, daughter Kristin Parker and husband Doug Parker, daughter Dena Davis and husband Kurt Davis, grandchildren Jordan and Brent Dunn, Carly Parker, John Parker, Kaleigh Davis, brother Tom Kline and wife Anna Lee Kline, sister Joyce Ludban( Frank), sister in law Joyce Kline, sister in law Jonna Birtcher, many nieces, nephews and extended family.
A memorial service celebrating James’ life will be at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022 in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Memorial Contributions may be made to the North Carolina Wildlife Endowment Fund – https://www.ncalvin.org/AlvinMVC/Donations//
